The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) ensures that the public has the right to access most records maintained by the Village of Applegate. The Village is committed to transparency and accountability in government by providing public records promptly and in accordance with state law.
Before submitting a FOIA Request, make sure you ensure the documents you would like are not already available in our Document Center.
The requests must be made in writing, either by mail, email, or in person. Requests should be addressed to the Clerk, 2457 Sherman Road, P.O. Box 89, and the request should sufficiently describe the document(s) being requested.
